This handmade and edgy necklace features a stainless steel horseshoe septum ring suspended from a sleek stainless steel chain. 

This piece has a max length of about 20 inches with a clasp sized to fit directly through the chain so it can be worn as short as you'd like for smaller sizes and added style versatility. A necklace extender is available free upon request for size inclusivity!

100% stainless steel is used to make this necklace durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-proof.
